Type 25 is Auto Fabrica’s reinterpretation of the iconic BMW K100—rebuilt from the ground up with a bold, architectural design language inspired by BMW’s own concept heritage. Drawing influence from the Skytop, Gina, 328 Hommage and M1 Hommage, the Type 25 transforms the familiar K form into something modern, angular and refined.
The bike features a completely bespoke body housing a 12-litre fuel cell, external fuelling conversion and a rear fender that continues the horizontal geometry of the flat-four engine. A soft-touch matte black finish across key components adds depth and texture, while all electronics are fully modernised with a Motogadget system and integrated LED lighting.
Underneath the sculptural exterior lies extensive engineering work, including a fully custom CNC-machined cantilever suspension system with a horizontally mounted Hagon shock, a Ducati 999 USD fork conversion and Brembo braking. The engine is completely rebuilt and refinished in matte black, breathing through an open intake and a handcrafted stainless-steel exhaust.
The result is a conceptual, modernist take on the K100—clean, purposeful and unmistakably Auto Fabrica.
